Encorus Group welcomes Sheila Ransbottom, PE to the firm as Civil / Environmental Lead. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Sheila brings nearly 25 years of professional experience in civil, transportation and environmental engineering to Encorus. Her areas of expertise include transportation engineering/planning, management of multi-disciplined projects, roadway/trail design, traffic analysis, utility and agency coordination, public participation, storm water management, environmental site assessments and tank removals/installations. Sheila’s past work with agencies such as NYSDOT, NYSTA, various federal, state and local agencies, local municipalities and local engineering/architecture firms will open new doors for Encorus and expand the range of civil / environmental services Encorus can offer its clients.
