Encorus would like to welcome Kim Miller to our Civil Testing Group! She will be joining the team as an Engineering Technician. Kim recently completed her education at University at Buffalo, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies. Welcome to Encorus, Kim!
