North Campus Improvements – Phase II

Project Objective

SUNY Brockport is located along the Erie Canal in Monroe County, NY and was established in 1835. Phase II of the North Campus Improvements Project included the replacement of underground utilities and site enhancements made to 29 different buildings. Enhancements included electrical upgrades including door hardware upgrades, lighting upgrades, new transformer and switchgear equipment, and additional penetrations through foundations. Additional enhancements included the removal of abandoned high temperature hot water lines and tunnels.

Encorus Group provided hazardous materials inspection services for asbestos, lead-based paint, PCBs, universal hazardous waste inventory, and mold.
