As you may know, Encorus Group offers Mechanical Integrity Services.  We will take some time today to meet our team of mechanical integrity inspectors!

Keith Taylor – Director of Mechanical Integrity Services


Keith has been with Encorus since the launch of the firm’s mechanical integrity group.  He has a degree in mechanical engineering and over twenty-five years of experience in all areas of mechanical integrity.  He is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and an API Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, and Process Piping Inspector.  He has implemented and maintained mechanical integrity programs for many clients in a variety of industries.  Keith manages Encorus’s mechanical integrity group as well as works in the field.

Pasquale (Pat) Camillo – Mechanical Integrity Project Manager


Pat is certified as a Pressure Vessel Inspector, Storage Tank Inspector, and Process Piping Inspector by API, a Steel Tank Institute Certified Inspector, a NACE CIP Level II Certified Inspector, a PA DEP Storage Tank Inspector and is qualified as a UT/PT/VT Level II Inspector .  Pat has twenty years of mechanical integrity experience, and has also been with Encorus since the inception of the firm’s MI group.  He specializes in management and oversight of fixed equipment-related construction and repair projects.

Greg Moritz – Mechanical Integrity Project Manager


Greg has a mechanical engineering degree from the University at Buffalo, and has been with Encorus since 2016 when the firm’s mechanical integrity group was founded.  Overall, he has over 15 years of experience with the inspection of storage tanks and piping, as well as other aspects of mechanical integrity management.  Greg is certified as an API Process Piping Inspector and Storage Tank Inspector, an STI SP001 Storage Tank Inspector, and is a PA DEP Storage Tank Inspector.

Andy Simon – Mechanical Integrity Project Manager


Andy has a background in API pressure vessel and storage tank inspections, and is certified in both.  He also holds a Level II Ultrasonic thickness testing qualification.  He has a degree in mechanical engineering from SUNY at Buffalo, and has been with Encorus since 2016.  Andy is experienced in the inspection and evaluation of damage mechanisms in fixed assets at chemical and refining facilities.

Nick Zwara – Mechanical Integrity Project Manager


Nick has nearly ten years of experience in mechanical integrity services, and has provided services for clients across the country. He holds a degree in CAD & drafting, and is an API-certified Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, and Process Piping Inspector, and a Steel Tank Institute SP001 Inspector.  He also holds Level II Ultrasonic thickness testing and liquid penetrant qualifications.  Nick has extensive experience in the implementation of mechanical integrity programs for chemical and industrial gas industries.  He has been with Encorus since 2016.

Randy Mattson – Mechanical Integrity Project Manager


Randy is a veteran of the US Air Force, where he began his career as a Non-Destructive Inspection Specialist.  He has over twenty years of experience, and has worked with Encorus for the past three years.  Randy is certified as an API Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, and Process Piping Inspector, AWS Certified Welding Inspector, and in a number of non-destructive testing methods including liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic thickness testing.  He has extensive experience working in the chemical and refining industries.  Randy works primarily on projects in Pennsylvania.

Nick Schuster – Mechanical Integrity Project Manager


Nick is the newest member of the Encorus Mechanical Integrity group.  He has more than five years of experience in mechanical integrity management. He is an API certified storage tank and pressure vessel inspector and a certified NACE coatings CIP Level II inspector.
