Join us in welcoming Steven Smigielski as he begins his role as Architect. Steven comes to Encorus with over eight years of experience and earned his Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo. We are excited to have him on the team. We asked Steven a couple of questions to get to know him better.
What led you to Encorus?
I was looking for a place where I knew that I was going to have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
What are you most excited about as you start in your new position?
Learning. I enjoy collecting information and learning new things. I am excited for the chance to approach architecture from a different angle and at a larger scale. Also, people…. I enjoy connecting with and meeting new people.
When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Carpenter or Eye Doctor

Woodworking
