Here at Encorus, we enjoy our lunches and a little friendly competition too. Our 6th Annual Encorus Soup & Chili Cookoff was held last week. Out of six recipes presented for judging, drafter Doug Acquard’s “Smoky Sweet Chili” took the Golden Ladle at the Springville office, with Mike O’Neil holding on to his title at the Buffalo office. Yes, there really is a Golden Ladle!
