As a kid, Allison Lippert remembers building little houses and barns for her toys and recalls this as the reason why she was interested in architecture. As she got older, she was able to help her family rebuild their house and work on a new pool deck. In high school, Allison decided to take engineering classes and her teacher gave her all different types of architecture books that drew her interest.
Allison graduated from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Technology and joined Encorus in the spring of 2021. Allison joined the team as an Associate Architect and immediately started working on creating a model for a project that Encorus was working on. She has been able to visit several sites and go to review meetings, and has assisted with modeling numerous projects in Revit. Allison says getting to use her education on projects is a tremendous accomplishment and hopes to work towards professional licensure in the near future.
Every project the company does is unique and requires her to bring a different approach depending on the type of work. Allison enjoys working at Encorus because of the wide variety of projects, and she always gets to learn something new each day. Outside of work, Allison enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, riding bikes, running, and kayaking. Her favorite hobbies include working on Jeeps, painting and upcycling clothes.
