Join us in welcoming Olivia Reinhardt, EIT, as she begins her role as a Structural Engineer. Olivia comes to Encorus with three years of experience and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. We are excited to have her on the team. We asked Olivia a couple of questions to get to know her better.
What led you to Encorus?
I was led to Encorus after learning about the great leadership and from hearing about the great quality of work this company has done. I was also led here by the dedication and emphasis on career development as I am early on in my engineering journey.
What are you most excited about as you start in your new position?
I am most excited about working in a great team environment and doing my part in projects to help give back to our local WNY community.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
I would say my favorite way to spend a day off is either spending a Sunday at the Bills Stadium or reading in the park.
What is your favorite book or movie?
As a huge sci-fi nerd, I would say my favorite book is Red Rising by Pierce Brown.
If you had to choose one food to take to a deserted island, what would it be?
If I could bring one food item to bring to a deserted island would be Sahlen’s Hotdogs!
