We asked Alex a couple of questions to get to know him better.
What led you to Encorus?
I discovered the opportunity with Encorus through Indeed. I was drawn to the position because I was looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to expand my skills.
What are you most excited about as you start in your new position?
Gaining hands-on experience in the field and continuing to progress toward earning my Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a cop.
Do you have any pets?
I have two dogs.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
I enjoy spending my time off relaxing with my girlfriend, playing video games, or getting outdoors for some fishing and hunting.
What is one thing you want people to know about you?
I want people to know that I am a dedicated hard worker and always striving to grow.
What is your favorite movie?
Inglorious Bastards.
What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?
I liked to fish as a kid.

If you had to choose one food to take to a deserted island, what would it be?
It would have to be spaghetti.
