Join us in welcoming Matt Yeager as he begins his role as NDE Manager at Encorus Group! Matt is a graduate of Alfred State College, where he earned his Associates Degree in Welding Technology. He comes to Encorus with 13+ years of experience in NDE. We are excited to have him on the team.

What led you to Encorus?
My interest in joining the Encorus Group stemmed from the opportunity for career advancement and exposure to different industries and disciplines in non-destructive examinations.
What are you most excited about as you start in your new position?
I am most excited to collaborate and utilize my experience and skills to support the expansion into Rochester.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, engaging in various activities. Separately, I also enjoy leisurely motorcycle rides.
