Canandaigua VA Medical Center Fire Station Design
The objective of this project is to reconstruct the entire footprint of the existing single-story building housing both the Canandaigua VA Medical Center Fire Department and the Grounds and Transportation Work Center.
Unique Project Features
This project requires the design of fire station-specific areas and equipment. Design for the construction must be phased so as to ensure no impact on the 24/7 operations of the fire department.
Encorus Group Solution
Encorus is providing the design of the fire station to include all requested rooms and functions so that the fire department can perform at the highest level of efficiency. In addition to the station design, Encorus is providing designs for a dry sprinkler system, a master fire alarm control center, a new HVAC system, and a demolition plan for the previous fire station.
