Hobby Lobby Site Plans

Project Objective
Encorus was contracted to provide civil / site engineering services for Hobby Lobby stores in New York State which were to occupy existing structures. Site plans were required for Planning Board approval.
Unique Project Features
These projects required extremely tight turnaround times. There were no site drawings to work from and no time to travel to the site to investigate.
Encorus Group Solution
Encorus was able to use technology and statewide contacts to complete these projects. Surveying crews were able to be mobilized as needed to site information as needed. Online GPS data and property information was utilized to develop the site plans and property information for approval by the various planning boards. This joint use of technology allowed for complete site plans to be created without having to send an engineer to site, which kept costs down.
