Project Objective
Marquart Brothers Farming is a diversified family farm, in operation since 1943. They recently built a new, state-of-the-art, food-grade facility capable of storing, conditioning, and processing over 50 million pounds of potatoes annually.
Encorus Group Solution
Encorus Group’s technicians worked on-site as 330 yards of concrete were placed as part of the floor slab for the new building. 35 samples were taken, transported to Encorus Group’s laboratory, cured, and tested to ensure that the concrete meets the designed strength.
