Project Objective

This project’s scope involved coordination of contractor shop drawings in order to mitigate installation conflicts during construction.

The OGS specification was out of date, and coordination was required.

Encorus Group Solution

Encorus Group provided the requested 2D mylar overlay drawings, and had weekly in person meetings to coordinate contractor work. Encorus Group also used Navisworks software and Webex to minimize cost and ensure the most effective use of available technology.
