Our Team Continues to Grow!

Encorus is pleased to welcome its newest Structural Engineer, Joseph Enright, E.I.T,  (left photo).  Joe comes to us from CME Associates in Buffalo. He earned his degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently an Engineer-in-Training (EIT). He has experience with concrete field testing and holds certifications from NICET, OSHA, ACI, ICC and NYSDOT. In his free time, Joe enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, and skiing. He is also a big Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees fan.

Encorus’s newest Mechanical Integrity Project Manager Randall Mattson (middle photo) has worked as a Project Manager and NDE Inspector for nearly thirty years. He is certified by API (510, 570, 653) and CWI. Randy also has experience in AutoCAD and Ultrapipe. He served ten years in the United States Air Force, including in Operation Desert Strom, and was formally trained as a Non-Destructive Inspection Specialist with 394 course hours from Chanute AFB training facility. When he isn’t working, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, especially his new granddaughter Piper. He also loves to golf and is a Star Wars enthusiast.

Michael O’Neill (right) has joined Encorus Group as the Client Relationship Manager. A sales professional with nearly thirty years’ experience, Mike strives to make every situation a win-win for both the client and the firm. He will be meeting with clients to assist in determining how Encorus can best meet their needs, attending trade shows, and working with the Business Development group as the firm continues to evolve. In his free time, he enjoys camping with his wife of 37 years in their new RV, and also loves to cheer on his favorite sports teams, the Bills and the Sabres. Mike can’t wait to go to work for you!
