Project Objective
Silo City was constructed in the early 1900s, consisting of six structures which were once vital to commerce on the Lake Erie waterfront. Some of these buildings were converted to residential and mixed use spaces.
Encorus Group Solution
Encorus Group’s technicians worked on-site during construction as well as in the laboratory to test concrete, extract core samples, and transport them to Encorus Group’s laboratory for subsequent compressive strength testing. Encorus also provided soil, masonry, asphalt and structural steel inspections.
