The in-house professional engineering, material testing capabilities and regulated building materials surveying at Encorus allow us to provide customized services related to complete condition/code surveys by collaborating to create an accurate report of a structure’s current condition to provide our clients with informed recommendations and feasibility studies to advance building reuse projects.
