Testing at new Emerling Dodge Dealership

Encorus technician Chad Schwartz was at the site of the future Emerling Dodge dealership in Springville recently performing Windsor Probe Testing on the mezzanine deck of the new building. The Windsor Probe test determines the in-place PSI strength of concrete.
