In January of 2024, Encorus Group merged with Sienna Environmental Technologies. With this merger, the Regulated Building Materials (RBM) division was formed at Encorus, integrating Sienna’s expertise within Encorus Group. We are excited to offer you the power of two great resources, and we know you may have some questions, so we would like to provide some insight into our new division.

The RBM division at Encorus Group is led by former Sienna President, Susanne Kelley. The same key staff members will continue to provide the quality of service and expertise you have come to expect from both Sienna and Encorus Group, and Encorus will retain its status as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

With this new division, Encorus can now perform a wide range of services associated with environmental, hazardous, and regulated building materials management and abatement. RBM division service offerings include hazardous building materials inspections, abatement design, contract oversight, project monitoring, and air quality sampling for renovation and demolition projects. As Sienna Environmental Technologies, our RBM division served more than 400 public and private clients throughout the Northeast, many in ongoing relationships.  The RBM division has been a partner to architectural and engineering design firms, construction companies, colleges and universities, K-12 schools, and local, state and federal government agencies including DASNY, NYS OGS, SUCF, NYPA, and USACE.
