Join us in welcoming Andrew Lockwood as he begins his role as Drafter 1 with Encorus Group. Andrew recently graduated from Erie Community College where he earned his Associate’s Degree in CAD Technology. We asked Andrew a few questions to get to know him better.
What led you to Encorus?
I am a recent college graduate and I was looking for a job when I came across the Drafter 1 position on Indeed.com. I thought it was interesting and related to what we focused on in college, so I applied.
What are you most excited about as you begin in your new position?
I am most excited about learning all about the new career path that I chose.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
My favorite way to spend a day off is hanging out with friends and playing board games.
Who was your favorite teacher in high school and why?
My favorite teacher from high school was Mrs. Cole. She was my teacher on and off from 7th grade to my senior year of high school.
If you had to choose one food to take to a deserted island, what would it be?
If I had to choose one food to take with me to a deserted island, it would definitely be a bowl of cheese tortellini!
