Social Media / Marketing Coordinator

Encorus Group is currently seeking a full-time Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position can be based out of our West Seneca, Springville, or Buffalo office, with hybrid work options available for experienced candidates.

As the Social Media/Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals and narratives that effectively promote our brand across digital platforms. This includes managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations, to support our business development efforts. Your creative skills will be essential in capturing digital content through photography and videography which showcases our projects and team culture. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging social media and website content, including graphics and copy.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media and website metrics to optimize performance.
  • Capturing photo and video content in jobsite and office settings.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining marketing collateral, both digital and print.
  • Supporting in the preparation of proposals and other client-facing materials.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all deliverable products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media Arts, or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments and handle multiple roles.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, including the use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Previous experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry

Level II Shear Wave Inspector / NDE Inspector

Encorus Group is seeking a Level II UT Shear Wave Inspector / NDE Inspector who is experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time position based out of our West Seneca Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing ultrasonic shear wave inspections on a variety of materials and structures to detect defects and ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ultrasonic shear wave inspections on materials and structures to identify defects such as cracks, inclusions, and voids.
• Interpret inspection results to determine the presence, location, and size of defects and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Ensure that all inspections are performed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasonic testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Communicate effectively with clients to discuss inspection results, address concerns, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications:
• Valid Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) with Shear Wave Technique, in accordance with ASNT or equivalent standards.
• 2+ years of experience performing UT shear wave inspections in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in operating UT equipment and interpreting inspection results.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and analyze defects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI Certification)
• Additional certifications in non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MT), or liquid penetrant testing (PT).
• Experience with advanced UT techniques such as phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) or time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD).
• Experience in specific industries such as aerospace, automotive, power generation, or pipeline inspection.

Pay Range: Encorus Group is dedicated to ensuring fair and equitable compensation for our employees. The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $38.00 per hour. Specific compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on their knowledge, skills, and experience.

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). This is a full-time position based out of our West Seneca, NY office and requires an AWS CWI certification as well as experience with ASME or AWS standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both field and laboratory testing and inspections, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and quality of our projects.

Construction Materials Inspector / Engineering Technician

We are currently looking to fill multiple full-time positions for Construction Materials Inspectors/Engineering Technicians at our West Seneca, NY office.

Reporting directly to our Civil Materials Testing Manager, these roles involve testing and inspecting various construction materials such as concrete, soils, asphalt, and masonry, both on-site and within Encorus Group’s accredited testing facility.

We have opportunities available for entry-level candidates with a high school diploma or GED. While prior construction experience is beneficial, it is not required.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and drug screening.

ICC Bolting Special Inspector

We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time ICC Bolting Special Inspector based out of our West Seneca, NY office

Senior Construction Inspector / Senior Engineering Technician

We’re seeking experienced Senior Construction Materials Inspectors / Senior Engineering Technicians for full-time positions at our West Seneca, NY office. Senior NDE Inspector

Process Engineer

Encorus Group is looking for a Process Engineer to join our growing team. This person will have the drive and experience to not only do the work but assist in running projects as well and can work with clients directly to fulfill the job requirements. Working well in a team environment is vital to this position. Some examples of specific tasks undertaken by the Process Engineer include mass balances, creation, and revision of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), PHA participation, piping and equipment specification, and code reviews.

Candidates for this job must have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from an A.B.E.T. accredited program and at least ten years of experience in process engineering and design. Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred, but not required.

Environmental Consultant
