Encorus Group Solution
The services performed on-site at this new-build retirement home in Orchard Park, NY included concrete field inspections consisting of rebar, formwork and fresh concrete inspections by ACI Level I and II Inspectors; soils inspections consisting of bearing grade capacities, proof rolling and in-place density testing. SWPPP inspections and special inspections for final sign off prior to Certificate of Occupancy designation were also performed. Encorus was a subconsultant to R&P Oakhill on this project.
